1. Foreign and Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan merchants investing in Guangdong Province, whose tax payments in Guangdong Province in the previous year meet the following conditions, can apply for the Hong Kong Import and Export Mainland Business Vehicle quota:
Those who paid taxes of more than 150000 yuan in the previous year can apply for the first commercial vehicle quota; If the tax payment amount in the previous year exceeds 500000 yuan, the second commercial vehicle quota can be applied for; If the tax payment amount in the previous year exceeds 1 million yuan, the third commercial vehicle quota can be applied for; Starting from the application for the fourth commercial vehicle quota, for every 1 million yuan increase in the previous year's tax amount, an additional commercial vehicle quota can be applied for, up to a maximum of 15 (including all Guangdong Hong Kong and Guangdong Macao commercial vehicle quotas that the merchant has already applied for).
If there are multiple investment merchants within the same internal contracting unit, the tax payable shall be calculated based on the investment ratio of the investment merchants.
3. If the same investment merchant invests in multiple internal units, only one internal unit can be selected for processing.
4. The quota for applying for business vehicles to enter and exit the mainland from Hong Kong can only be selected from one currently open port, and cannot be changed after the port is selected.
5. For investment merchants who have already applied for the Guangdong Hong Kong and Guangdong Macao commercial vehicle indicators (excluding the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge port indicators), if they need to apply for additional indicators, they shall follow the incremental indicator conditions in the above application condition 1.

Registration of driving license plates

1.The quota for official vehicles entering Hong Kong will be determined by the Guangdong Hong Kong Transit Vehicle Technical Issues Meeting Group. According to official letters from the Hong Kong Government Vehicle Management Office or Government Logistics Department, vehicle license plates are issued.
2. The quota for inbound official vehicles in Macau is determined by the Guangdong Macau Transit Vehicle Technical Issues Meeting Group, and Macau handles a maximum of 50 driving licenses for inbound official vehicles annually. According to the official letter issued by the Macau Municipal Council (Civil Affairs Department), vehicle license plates are issued. Registration category of driving license plate

1. State owned enterprises, collective enterprises, and private enterprises that have paid taxes of more than 1 million yuan in the previous year and have been registered in Guangdong Province can apply for one quota for mainland entry and exit of Hong Kong commercial vehicles (no additional quota will be granted).
2. Financial institutions registered in Guangdong Province, or branches of financial institutions registered in mainland China in Guangdong Province, with a tax payment of more than 1 million yuan in the previous year, can apply for one quota for mainland inbound and outbound Hong Kong commercial vehicles (no additional quota).

Registration of driving license plates

Party and government organs at all levels, directly affiliated departments of party and government organs, public institutions, and social organizations in Guangdong Province may apply for a Mainland official car entry and exit Hong Kong and Macao driving license due to work needs.
The driving license plates for official vehicles entering and leaving Hong Kong and Macau from mainland China will not be increased.
